What are the CSE Alumni Advisory Board Leadership Scholarships? 

Since 2021, the CSE Alumni Board annually recognizes 7 Undergraduate and 3 Master's CSE students who have demonstrated leadership excellence and service to the greater CSE community. Originally formed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on our students in the Computer Science and Engineering Department, the CSE Alumni Board has elected to continue the scholarship in our new post-pandemic world. All members of the board have been inspired by CSE's outstanding individuals who are passionate about going above and beyond to contribute back to our CSE community. The board has allocated funds to award up to a total of seven $1,000 Undergraduate and three $1,000 Master's scholarships. 

Who is eligible for these scholarships?

CSE students that are pursuing their Undergraduate or Master's degree under the Computer Science and Engineering department. PhD graduates are not eligible. Majors include:


Applicants must have a minimum overall GPA of 3.0.

Who are the CSE Alumni Board? 

The CSE Alumni Advisory Board is an alumni association of committed partners and supporters of the CSE department.  The CSE Alumni Advisory board strives to foster a spirit of loyalty among graduates, former students, current students, and the CSE community.   The mission of the CSE Alumni Advisory Board is to develop and promote a sense of community between CSE alumni, current CSE students, faculty and staff of the CSE department.
